MEAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
HOW DOES A DOORSTEP MEALS' SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
We will send you the meals of your choice every 2 weeks. You may change your meal selection for each order by signing in to your account and selecting meals. This must be completed by Wednesday at 5:00pm EST the week before delivery.
WILL AN ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY BE CREATED FOR ME?
When you place an order, you will have an option to make an account before paying for your meals.  Setting this account up will allow you to access, control and update your information without needing to reach us. You will also begin accruing points towards free meals.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ADD ALLERGIES TO MY ORDER?
We currently do not have the ability to customize individual meals. Ingredients are listed on our menu.
DO YOU OFFER WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
All recurring orders will ship every 2 weeks.
CAN I ORDER A DIFFERENT NUMBER OF MEALS BESIDES 12 OR 24?
Yes, we offer a custom plan so you can choose the number of meals you would like to receive in your order between 12 and 24 (12 is our minimum to ship).
HOW DO I ORDER A ONE-TIME/SINGLE DELIVERY?
When you are in the checkout, just be sure that “recurring orders” has not been selected and you will receive a single delivery.
AS A SUBSCRIBER, HOW DO I SKIP A WEEK OF MEALS OR CHANGE MY MEAL PLAN?
When your account is set up you will be able to access all of your meal choices and make any adjustments or changes that you need at any time.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO SELECT NEW MEALS?
If you don’t select new meals before your next order ships, we will automatically duplicate your previous order. NOTE: If we have a menu change, you will receive the REPLACEMENT meal for that selection.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN EACH MEAL FEED?
Our normal size portion is suitable for one person.
Our large size portions are ideal for two (or one hungry appetite).

WHERE CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK ON THE MEALS I’VE RECEIVED?
If you loved your meals, leave us a review on our website, customer service, or through our social media. If you were not 100% satisfied, please email ([email protected]) or call our customer service department at 844-944-0348. We would love the opportunity to make it right!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY DOORSTEP MEALS SUBSCRIPTION?
You are FREE to cancel your recurring meal plan at any time without any cancellation fees. No further charges will incur as long as the order cancellation takes place by 5:00pm EST the Wednesday before it was scheduled to ship.
 
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
HOW DOES SHIPPING & DELIVERY WORK?
Once your order is ready for shipping, a label will be created with shipping information. We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can keep track of your order. We will also send a confirmation once your package has been delivered to your doorstep.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our shipping is always free.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?
We deliver to 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.  
We deliver to residential addresses only at this time.
WHEN WILL MY MEALS ARRIVE?
Most shipments should be expected between Wednesday and Friday via Fedex.  
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY DELIVERY IS ON THE WAY?
You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been shipped and is on the way.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
No, your package does not require you to be present for delivery. However, we do recommend that you do not leave the package in the direct sun during the summer months for an extended period of time.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY DELIVERY?
You will be able to manage your delivery options in your account.
 
ORDER & BILLING
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed for your first order as soon as you checkout. All recurring orders will be charged the Wednesday before your Monday ship date.
CAN I VIEW MY ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, you can log into your account any time to check the status of your order.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE BEFORE DELIVERY TO ADJUST OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You will have until 5:00pm EST the Wednesday following your last shipment.
WHEN DO I SELECT MY MEAL CHOICES?
Our recurring order plan ships bi-weekly and helps ensure no interruption to your meal plan. It is highly recommended that you have your meals selected no later than 5:00pm EST the Wednesday prior to your next Monday shipment.
 
PREP & STORAGE
HOW DO I STORE MY MEALS AND HOW LONG WILL THEY STAY FRESH?
Once you receive your order, all you need to do is place your meals in the refrigerator. If your meals arrive partially or fully thawed, they are still safe to eat as long as they are cool to the touch.  We recommend freezing any meals you don’t plan on eating within the first 5 days of delivery to ensure the best quality and taste. Meals will keep up to 10 days in the refrigerator and 30 days in the freezer.   
DO MY MEALS REQUIRE ANY PREPARATION BEFORE I CAN EAT THEM?
No. Doorstep meals will deliver convenient, quality meals fully prepared. All you need to do is heat and enjoy. Please keep in mind, if you have meals in the freezer we advise you to let them thaw thoroughly for 24 to 48 hours before following the heating instructions for best taste.
DO I HAVE TO ADD ANY EXTRA INGREDIENTS TO MY MEALS?
No. Your meals are fully prepared and ready to simply heat, eat and enjoy.
HOW DO THE MEALS STAY FRESH DURING SHIPPING?
Our dry ice shipping process. 
 
 
PACKAGING & RECYCLING
HOW ARE THE MEALS PACKAGED?
Our boxes and sleeves are made from recycled cardboard. Our plastic containers are BPA free and recyclable. The plastic film on the food trays is also recyclable.
ARE YOUR PLASTIC CONTAINERS BPA FREE?
Yes, our plastic containers are BPA free as well as recyclable.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY BOX AFTER MY DELIVERY?
The cardboard is able to be recycled at your convenience.  We are currently working to resource new insulation that is environmentally friendly.  Our goal is to provide this to our customers by 2021.
 
NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
WHERE CAN I FIND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR MEALS?
All of our nutrition information is listed with each entree.  Click on meal detail when viewing the meals.
WHAT KIND OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
We only use fresh ingredients to ensure the best quality for your meals. We do not used processed foods or artificial ingredients.  We use a mixture of olive oil and canola oil for cooking.
HOW ARE THE MEALS prepared? 
Our meals are made fresh to order in a scratch kitchen in Wichita, KS every week. 
DO YOU USE ANY REFINED SUGARS?
Our meals contain no refined sugars.
Our pre-biotic cookies are made with no refined sugars. Please see our Healthy Life System and Pre-Bio Cookies information on the website.
HOW MUCH SODIUM IS INCLUDED IN EACH MEAL?
Our meals are prepared in batch quantities from scratch.  Micro nutrients are difficult to measure for each individual meal due to our cooking process.  We never add sodium or preservatives to our meals.  We only use sodium free seasonings.  On average, our normal size meals should not be over 300mg-400mg per meal.
DO ANY OF YOUR MEALS FOLLOW DIETARY NEEDS?
We have meals that are for Keto and Paleo diets. All of our meals are designed based on calorie content, protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
